This Privacy Policy describes how One Time Productions, LLC ("OTPM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use One Time Poker Manager (the "Service") at onetimepokermanager.com and any associated apps or features.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: email address, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), username, display name, and optional profile fields such as first/last name, phone number, avatar image, and bio.
• Tournament and bankroll data: tournaments you create or join, player entries, chip counts, buy-ins, add-ons, payouts, blind structures, cash-game sessions, and other poker-related records you enter.
• Social data: friend requests you send or accept, leagues you join, and messages or announcements you post within the Service.
• Communications: support requests and any correspondence you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and approximate session duration.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and crash or error reports.
• Cookies and local storage: we use browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and cache data for offline use.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or bank account numbers directly. Payment processing, if applicable, is handled by a third-party processor (such as Stripe), and we only receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., subscription tier, status, and the last four digits of the payment method).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Create and secure your account and authenticate you across sessions and devices.
• Enable social features (friend search by email or username, friend requests, league rosters).
• Save and sync your tournaments, bankroll, and preferences across devices.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, friend request notifications).
• Monitor and improve the Service, including diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Privacy Controls

You can control how discoverable you are to other users from your Profile:

• Searchable by email: when enabled, other users can find your account by searching your exact email address. Off by default.
• Searchable by username: when enabled, other users can find your account by searching your username (prefix search, 2-character minimum). Off by default.
• Profile visibility: you can choose what shows on your public profile page.

Turning both searchable toggles off makes your account effectively undiscoverable to users who do not already know your account ID.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• With other users: your username, display name, avatar, and bio are visible to friends and to any user who can see a tournament, league, or player profile you participate in.
• Service providers: we use third-party vendors to host the Service and send email. These currently include Supabase (database and authentication), Microsoft Azure (hosting), and transactional email providers. These vendors are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OTPM, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if OTPM is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@onetimeprod.com. After deletion, we may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for our database. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact support@onetimeprod.com and we will delete it.

Poker-related features are intended for users of legal age in their jurisdiction. OTPM is a tournament and bankroll management tool and does not host or facilitate real-money gambling.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Export a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of certain uses of your information.

9. International Users

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
