These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of One Time Poker Manager (the "Service"), operated by One Time Productions, LLC ("OTPM," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement where you reside. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any poker activities you track with it, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
OTPM is a tournament and bankroll management tool. It helps you organize home-game tournaments, track blind structures, manage player seating and payouts, log cash-game sessions, and share results with friends and leagues.
The Service is not a gambling platform. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, facilitate payment between players, or run games of chance for money. Any real-money activity among players is between those players and takes place outside the Service. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding poker, gambling, and prizes in your jurisdiction.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription (e.g., "Grinder," "Pro," "Shark," or "Nosebleed" tiers). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (tournaments, league settings, bios, avatars, etc.). By submitting content, you grant OTPM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we believe, in good faith, is unlawful or harmful.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
Features marked as "beta," "preview," or similar may be unstable or changed without notice.
The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, authentication, email, payments). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@onetimeprod.com. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
On termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
OTPM does not warrant the accuracy of any payout calculation, blind schedule, chip count, bankroll figure, or other output of the Service. You are responsible for verifying all results used for real-world play or decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Time Productions, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event will OTPM's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid OTPM in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Time Productions, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any third-party right, or (iv) any content you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not subject to arbitration (if any) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
